All terms and conditions are accepted when you visit or shop at American Digitals. We reserve the right to modify or eliminate such policies at any time.
We, at American Digitals always try to maintain the accuracy of price and information on all of our products. However, human errors happen that could result in mispriced and/or incorrect information. American Digitals reserves the right to disclaim responsibility due to these errors and reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel orders with incorrect information. You will be immediately notified of any cancellations and return of funds will be processed in the same manner that the payment was made.
All orders are subject to stock availability either at our warehouses or our suppliers’ warehouses
All pricing is subject to change and could fluctuate any day. We maintain the right to make adjustments, refuse or cancel any orders due to price fluctuation or due to errors made to pricing, products and service offerings for reason including, but not limited to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements.
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and debit cards.
Shipping and Delivery:
There may be additional fees involved for delivery of items which are either oversized or need special handling. In that case, you will be contacted by our customer service department for the exact amount prior to shipment.
American Digitals shall not be liable for any shipment delays beyond our control, including but not limited to delays caused by unavailability or shortages of Products from our suppliers or holidays and weather conditions.
Product Returns Policy:
Special orders for factory direct items cannot be cancelled.
If items have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, cancellation not due to back order will be subject to cancellation fee. Shipping/Handling fees are not refundable.
To return a purchased item, please contact our customer service department by email to email@example.com for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
All items sold by American Digitals are covered by 30-day Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty (from the date on the invoice) guarantee against defective products (which means manufacturer's defects) in this content.
Although American Digitals allows for returns, claimed to be defective, American Digitals makes no warranties of any kind with respect to the quality, condition, or performance, whether such claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence, or purpose or otherwise sold on American Digitals.
American Digitals is not responsible for any damages to products purchased resulting from work done by any anyone other than certified American Digitals Technicians and we do not guarantee compatibility of any products.
All returns must be delivered to one of American Digitals locations within 15 days of the original invoice date, must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by American Digitals Returns Department. Returns MUST contain all of the original packaging intact and in unused condition. Any used or disfigured products will void any claims for return. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
All returns will be refunded at the current value or sale price of the returned product at American Digitals minus any applicable fee and/or charges.
Special order cannot be returned as they are built to order directly from the manufacturer. Consumable Products cannot be returned after being opened and will be denied return upon request. If returning an item because you do not want the item or ordered the wrong item, the following rules and fees apply:
Unopened box: A 5% restocking fee will be applied. Opened box: On most items, a 10% - 25% restocking fee will be charged based on the condition of the returned item.
Defective Item: A replacement will be shipped free of charge once we receive the defective item. Defective items will be replaced with the same model only. If the replacement is not available, we will recommend a comparable. If our recommendation is not agreeable, a Full Refund will be processed.
Damaged Item in Transit: If you discover that the product was damaged during shipment, contact the carrier to report the damage and request an inspection and contact our customer service department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org file a claim.
Limitation of Liability:
All sales agreements shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
American Digitals shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special consequential, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the agreement to sell product to buyer or the product. Limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution.
Customer understands that American Digitals is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by its customers and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturers. In purchasing the products, customers are relying on the manufacturers’ specifications only and not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by American Digitals.
